Hearing aids require regular cleaning and maintenance to perform properly. Here are our tips to keep your Concha Sol™ hearing aids working as they should:
- Always use a soft dry cloth to wipe the hearing aid. Don't use a damp cloth or alcohol wipes to wipe your hearing aid.
- Protect your hearing aids from getting wet (e.g. showers, rain).
- Take your hearing aids out before using hairspray or similar products.
- Over time, ear wax can collect on the ear tip and receiver of the hearing aid. Regularly replace your ear tips and wax guards.
Note: Your hearing aids can be worn when sweating; however, excessive sweating may damage your hearing aid in the long term unless dried on a daily basis. We recommend carrying out daily care on them as these devices are exposed to moisture and dust through intended use, even when handled with care.
Should your hearing aid not function correctly despite regular care, contact us at care@conchalabs.com. Do not try under any circumstances to repair your hearing aid yourself.
