Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids use a size 312 Zinc Air battery. These batteries are not rechargeable.
Your Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids come with 30 batteries. With daily use, batteries can last an average of 5-7 days.
- Inserting batteries
- Before inserting new batteries into the hearing aid, please remove the tab and let the battery sit for 30 seconds.
- To insert batteries, pull down on the latch at the bottom of the battery door, as seen in the diagram above. Then, insert the battery with the bumpy side facing down and close the battery door.
- Powering on and off
- Opening the battery door turns your hearing aids off. To help extend the battery life, please keep the battery door open when your hearing aids are not in use.
- When and how to replace batteries
- You’ll be able to tell when the battery is running low because you will hear a series of beeps.
- Once the battery dies, you can replace it with a new battery and recycle the old one by taking it to a recycling center. To learn more about safely discarding batteries, please click here.
