At Concha Labs, we use a size 312 Zinc Air battery.
Before inserting the battery into the hearing aid, please remove the plastic tab and let the battery sit for 30 seconds.
With daily use, batteries can last an average of 5-7 days. To help extend the battery life, please keep the battery door open when hearing aids are not in use.
You’ll be able to tell when the battery is running low by a series of beeps. Once the battery dies, you can replace it with a new battery and recycle the old one by taking it to a recycling center. To learn more about discarding batteries, please click here.
Please note: Keep and store your Concha Sol ™ hearing aids and all other hearing aid parts out of reach of children, pets, and people with cognitive impairments. Contains small parts which may be a choking hazard. Ingestion of a battery can be harmful, never swallow. If ingested seek immediate medical attention or call the NATIONAL BATTERY INGESTION HOTLINE any time on (202) 625-3333.
