- Soundscope®
- Soundscope® is our patented technology that is used to create your personalized sound profiles. Learn more about Soundscope® here!
- Onboarding
- Onboarding is when you first pair your hearing aids to your phone and get set up in the app by taking Soundscope®. This is where you’ll create your first sound profiles. After onboarding your hearing aids once, you do not need to do it again.
- Pairing
- Pairing is the part of onboarding when you use Bluetooth to connect/pair your hearing aids to your phone. If you ever choose to “forget” your hearing aids in your device settings, you can re-pair them in the future.
- Sound Profiles
- Sound profiles are unique hearing settings that are generated and saved based on your feedback during Soundscope®. Taking Soundscope® creates a Primary profile and two additional profiles:
- Noise Comfort
- Noise Comfort is a sound profile that reduces the effects of background noise and makes it easier to understand speech in noisy settings.
- Streaming Comfort
- Streaming Comfort is a sound profile that is optimized for streaming audio (like phone calls or music) directly from your phone to your hearing aids.
