Using Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids “offline”:
As long as they have enough battery, your hearing aids will work regardless of whether your phone is nearby, turned off, or in airplane mode. You are always able to adjust the volume level by quickly pushing on the rocker switch on your hearing aids.
Using Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids “online”:
If you would like to make adjustments to the overall gain level of a sound profile, or switch between your sound profiles, you’ll need to use the Concha Labs app with Bluetooth enabled on your phone.
