To begin, download the Concha Labs app on your phone. You can find it in the Apple App Store. Once the app is installed, open the app and create an account using the email address that you used when purchasing your Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids.
You will be asked to create a password. You will need this password when you log into the app in the future.
Simply follow the steps in the app to begin setting up your hearing aids, or use the Quick Start Guide for additional details.
